Orders are prepared at our Tunisian warehouse and delivered across Tunisia and Libya. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and are confirmed when you order.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible — we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

For hygiene reasons, opened wound-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
